Our ‘Happiness through Yoga’ Community is a space to help you go through your day with a calm and flexible mind and body. A safe space to share your feelings and emotions without the fear of being judged. A space to learn and unlearn. To simplify through the philosophies of yoga.

A space where we go through a series of asanas, pranayamas and kriyas, to help bring focus to a wavering mind while also strengthening the body, making them both strong enough to take whatever the day may throw at you, with a smile.
